Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping time: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Where we ship: We currently only ship within the continental United States. Please email contact@vianibliss.com if you want to ship to other US states/territories or internationally.

Order tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Viani Bliss is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@vianibliss.com and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us at contact@vianibliss.com within 3 days of the delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.
